Inspiring the progression of young people aged 16-24 experiencing unemployment in North Wales

During 2017-2021 ADTRAC teams based locally throughout North Wales, provided a range of personalised wellbeing and employability support to help young people to progress into education, training or employment.

ADTRAC support included:

  • A bespoke mentoring service from the ADTRAC team to develop a personalised action plans;
  • Support to develop confidence and overcome barriers which prevented progression;
  • Welfare and wellbeing support (including the opportunity to access provision for mild/moderate mental health concerns from Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board);
  • Access to qualifications and training;
  • Ideas and suggestions on how to embed the Five Ways to Wellbeing into our daily routines to build our emotional resilience;

Project success
